Local fans of Grammy-winning singer Michael Bolton will be disappointed to hear his July 5th concert at London’s O2 Arena has been cancelled. Bolton made the announcement Friday.
The singer is still recovering from surgery related to a brain tumor diagnosed late last year. The surgery was successful, and Bolton has been recuperating at home with his family.
While the cancellation is undoubtedly a setback, Bolton expressed gratitude for his fans’ support. He emphasized his commitment to a full recovery and return to performing.
The O2 show was planned as a special “one night only” event, featuring Bolton’s greatest hits and special guest Bonnie Tyler. Ticket holders will receive automatic refunds.
