Hollywood icon Sylvester Stallone showed his support for the Keep Memory Alive charity, even though he couldn’t attend their Power of Love gala in Las Vegas. Stallone sent a video message urging attendees to give generously.
He partnered with Nick Dossa of Vegas Auto Gallery to donate some exciting items. Dossa offered two 2024 Lotus Emira sports cars.
Stallone sweetened the deal by offering the winning bidders a day on the set of his Paramount+ series, “Tulsa King.” He also threw in signed bottles of his Carbonadi vodka.
The cars and the Stallone experience fetched $500,000 each, totaling $1 million for Keep Memory Alive. The organization researches brain diseases like Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and multiple sclerosis.
Dossa expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to support Larry Ruvo’s charity. He recognized the Lotus’s desirability and Stallone’s involvement as key to the auction’s success.
The gala, hosted by Jimmy Kimmel, attracted a star-studded crowd. Among the celebrities in attendance were Jeffrey Ross, Dax Shepard, Kristen Bell, and Jason Bateman. Kimmel thanked everyone for their support of the Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health.
