Golfer’s Wife Almost Missed His Big Win

Justin Thomas and Family Look to The Players Championship

After a three-year victory drought, Justin Thomas hopes to secure a win at this weekend’s Players Championship in Florida. The 31-year-old golfer’s last PGA Tour victory was the 2022 PGA Championship. His wife, Jillian Wisniewski, and their newborn daughter, Molly Grace, will be cheering him on.

Thomas and Wisniewski, both Kentucky natives, have been together for nearly a decade, marrying in 2022. Wisniewski balances her career at a Chicago advertising agency with family time in Florida, where Thomas resides. Thomas has often spoken about Wisniewski’s positive influence, describing her as patient and kind, and crediting her with helping him through challenging times.

The couple welcomed their first child, Molly Grace, in November 2024. Thomas shared the news and a photo of his daughter on social media, expressing his joy.

Last month, baby Molly even met golfing legend Tiger Woods at the Genesis Invitational, a moment captured and shared by the PGA Tour. Thomas has expressed his excitement about raising a daughter with Wisniewski, confident in her abilities as a mother.

A particularly memorable moment in their relationship occurred at the 2017 PGA Championship. Wisniewski almost missed witnessing Thomas’s first major win.

Thanks to a last-minute flight change, encouraged by Thomas himself, she arrived just in time to celebrate his victory. Thomas has consistently acknowledged Wisniewski’s importance to his success, and as he heads into The Players Championship, he’ll be looking to end his win drought with his family by his side.
