Musk Accused of Cutting Child Support After Baby Mama Speaks Out

Additional Coverage:

Elon Musk, tech mogul and advocate for population growth, is facing accusations of hypocrisy and financial retaliation from one of the mothers of his children. Ashley St. Clair alleges that Musk has drastically reduced child support payments for their five-month-old child and is seeking full custody.

According to St. Clair’s representatives, Musk’s financial support decreased significantly after she initiated legal proceedings in Manhattan.

She claims Musk has been largely absent from the child’s life, meeting him only a handful of times and never inquiring about his well-being. The situation has reportedly forced St.

Clair to sell her Tesla to compensate for the reduction in support.

St. Clair suggests Musk’s actions are retaliatory, stating he employs similar tactics against other women who speak out.

She alluded to market fluctuations as further evidence of his questionable behavior. An inside source corroborated St.

Clair’s claims, alleging that Musk ceased communication after she resisted his attempts to control her.

St. Clair’s attorney, Karen Rosenthal, accuses Musk of “financial retaliation” against his child and confirms that the support reduction followed St.

Clair’s attempts to resolve the matter privately. Musk has reportedly filed a gag order application against St.

Clair, which a judge denied emergency status, although the application remains pending.

Legal documents have finally been served to Musk’s team, clearing the way for custody hearings to commence before New York Supreme Court Judge Jeffrey H. Pearlman.
