Dave Coulier is officially cancer-free! The Full House star shared the exciting news after completing his sixth round of chemotherapy for stage 3 non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.
Coulier’s journey began last October with his diagnosis. He recently underwent a biopsy and subsequent CAT scan, both revealing no signs of cancer remaining. The actor expressed his relief, noting the significance of hearing “zero” in this context.
Coulier’s announcement was amplified by former co-star Candace Cameron Bure, who celebrated the news on social media, prompting a warm exchange between the two.
In a recent interview, Coulier opened up about his experience, acknowledging the impact cancer has had on his family, including the loss of his mother, sister, and niece to the disease. Despite these hardships, he maintains a positive outlook, choosing to see his experience as an opportunity to raise awareness and support others. He has even become an ambassador for the V Foundation for Cancer Research.
