Musk’s Ex Says He’s Not Paying Child Support

Additional Coverage:

Ashley St. Clair and Elon Musk engaged in a public spat over child support and paternity on Valentine’s Day.

St. Clair surprised everyone with the announcement that she had given birth to a son five months prior, claiming Musk was the father.

She further alleged that she had resorted to selling her Tesla due to Musk halting child support payments.

Musk responded, stating he was unsure of the child’s paternity but willing to undergo testing. He claimed to have already provided St. Clair with $2.5 million and an annual $500,000.

St. Clair immediately refuted Musk’s claims, asserting that Musk had refused a paternity test before the child’s birth. She clarified that the money received was not for her personally, but intended as child support, which she says he subsequently reduced to exert control and punish her.

St. Clair further criticized Musk on social media, accusing him of hypocrisy for attempting to silence her legally while simultaneously using his own platform to disparage her and their child. She concluded by characterizing his actions as a bid for control and publicly admonished him for his behavior.
