- ‘CSI: Miami’ Star David Caruso Is Unrecognizable in Super Rare Outing 13 Years After He Quit Acting (parade.com)
Former CSI: Miami star David Caruso, 69, was spotted looking almost unrecognizable during a rare public appearance. The actor, best known for his role as Lieutenant Horatio Caine, was seen on April 30 carrying artwork into his gallery in Westlake Village, California. Sporting longer hair, glasses, and casual attire, Caruso looked a far cry from his days in a police uniform.
Caruso’s last acting role was on CSI: Miami, which ended in 2012. His career also included roles on NYPD Blue, for which he won a Golden Globe in 1994, Proof of Life, and Hill Street Blues. Since retiring from acting, Caruso has focused on his art gallery, though reports indicate it has since closed.
