Diddy’s Ongoing Feud with 50 Cent Takes Center Stage at Sex-Trafficking Trial

The ongoing feud between music moguls Sean “Diddy” Combs and Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson was unexpectedly highlighted during Combs’ criminal sex-trafficking trial this week. Testimony from Combs’ former personal assistant, Capricorn Clark, revealed a concerning comment made by Combs regarding his preference for resolving disputes with firearms.

Clark testified that following a joint MTV press event with 50 Cent, Combs, Clark, and the late music manager Chris Lighty boarded an elevator. It was then, according to Clark, that Combs addressed his ongoing issues with 50 Cent, stating to Lighty, “I really don’t like all the back and forth, I don’t do that, I like guns.” Clark described Combs’ demeanor during this exchange as “very serious.”

Never one to miss an opportunity, 50 Cent responded to the testimony with a playful jab on social media. He posted, “Wait a minute PUFFY’s got a gun, I can’t believe this I don’t feel safe 😔LOL.” This latest exchange adds another chapter to the rappers’ two-decade-long feud, which was reignited in 2006 when 50 Cent released a diss track accusing Combs of involvement in the death of Notorious B.I.G.

Combs’ trial, now in its third week, centers on allegations of a criminal enterprise involving the sex trafficking of two women, including his ex-girlfriend, R&B singer Cassie Ventura. If convicted, Combs faces a potential life sentence.
