Kelly Osbourne and Slipknot DJ Sid Wilson are Engaged!
TV personality and daughter of rock royalty, Kelly Osbourne, is engaged to her longtime partner, Sid Wilson of Slipknot. Osbourne shared a heartwarming video on Instagram capturing the proposal, which took place in front of family and friends, including her famous parents, Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne.
The video shows a clearly emotional Wilson professing his love before asking for Osbourne’s hand in marriage. Adding a touch of classic Ozzy humor, the rock legend can be heard jokingly protesting, “F**k off you’re not marrying my daughter,” drawing laughter from the assembled group.
The couple, who share a young son named Sidney, embraced to cheers and applause after Osbourne accepted the proposal.
Osbourne and Wilson’s relationship blossomed from a long friendship, spanning over two decades. They publicly confirmed their romance in February 2022 with a Valentine’s Day Instagram post where Osbourne referred to Wilson as her best friend and soulmate.
Adding another layer of significance to the occasion, the proposal occurred backstage at what was advertised as Ozzy Osbourne’s final live performance. The “Prince of Darkness” reunited with original Black Sabbath bandmates for a special farewell concert in Birmingham, England, over the weekend.
