Former “Real Housewives of Miami” star Dr. Nicole Martin sells Coral Gables mansion to pop star Robbie Williams for $40 million

Coral Gables, FL – In a real estate transaction worthy of reality TV drama, former “Real Housewives of Miami” star Dr. Nicole Martin has sold her stunning Coral Gables waterfront mansion for a record-breaking $40 million.

The buyer? None other than British pop icon Robbie Williams.

The sprawling 19,000-square-foot estate, located in the exclusive Old Cutler Bay neighborhood, boasts seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and an impressive 435 feet of waterfront property, complete with a 75-foot dock. The sale, which closed after a mere three days on the market, reportedly sets a new record for the area at $5,000 per square foot.

Martin, who appeared on “RHOM” from 2021 to 2024 before departing due to postpartum anxiety, shared the home with her fiancé, Anthony Lopez. The couple purchased the property in 2022 for $21.5 million and subsequently completed an extensive renovation.

The completely remodeled mansion features a sleek, all-white interior, multiple living areas, a state-of-the-art kitchen with three Sub-Zero refrigerators, a resort-style pool, and an 18-car garage with an attached gym. While the luxurious amenities are certainly impressive, the home’s expansive waterfront location is arguably its most desirable feature.

This high-profile sale keeps the property within the Bravo family, as Williams is a self-proclaimed fan of the “Real Housewives” franchise. The transaction was handled by Dennis Carvajal of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, representing Martin.
