“Feeling Transported?” Wheel of Fortune Fans Baffled by Unusual Puzzle

A recent episode of “Wheel of Fortune” left viewers scratching their heads, not once, but twice! Contestant Gregg Liebgold ultimately emerged victorious, but not before navigating some seriously puzzling puzzles.

The first head-scratcher occurred during the speed-up round, under the category “What are you doing?” The puzzle?

“Feeling Transported.” Fans online were quick to express their confusion.

One Reddit user questioned, “How is ‘Feeling Transported’ something you’re doing?” Another viewer echoed the sentiment, asking, “‘Feeling transported’ — what the hell does that mean?”

Despite the bewilderment, Liebgold managed to solve the puzzle, adding $8,500 to his winnings and advancing to the bonus round with a total of $21,300.

The bonus round, however, presented another challenge. Liebgold chose the category “Around the House” and spun the wheel.

With the standard letters and his chosen additions displayed, the puzzle board read “_ _ S E _ _ _.” The ten-second timer started, and Liebgold struggled.

Just as time expired, he cracked the first word – “Fuse” – but couldn’t quite get the second. Host Ryan Seacrest revealed the full answer: “Fuse Box,” adding, “Needed, like, one more second.”

The near miss cost Liebgold a $40,000 prize.

Fans online sympathized with Liebgold, with some arguing that “Fuse Box” belongs “inside the house,” not “around the house,” as the category suggested. Others pointed to the lack of letters provided as a contributing factor to the loss.

Despite the dramatic bonus round, at least this episode avoided a host-induced spoiler, unlike a recent incident on Seacrest’s other show, “American Idol,” where he accidentally revealed the winner prematurely.
