Steve Harvey Tells Contestant to “Sit Down” on Family Feud

Additional Coverage:

Family Feud host Steve Harvey, known for his quick wit and ruthless teasing of contestants, struck again in a recent episode. The question? “Name a US city known for its music scene.”

Roger, from the Groth family, buzzed in first with “New Orleans,” securing the second-highest ranked answer. Sha’kiera from the Bryant family seemed poised to steal the top spot, but a giggling fit led to a buzzer-beating timeout, just as she uttered “New York City.” Harvey, unsympathetic, nonchalantly told her to “Go over there and sit down.”

Roger and the Groth family continued their streak. Lisa nailed the top answer, “Nashville,” followed by Adam’s bluesy “Memphis,” much to Harvey’s delight.

David then snagged “New York City,” proving Sha’kiera’s initial instincts correct. After Roger’s incorrect guess of “Chicago,” Lisa added “Austin, Texas” to the board.

Unfortunately, Sarah from the Groth family found herself in a similar predicament to Sha’kiera, freezing under pressure and unable to answer.

With three strikes against the Groths, the Bryants had a chance to steal. Na’Keya confidently declared “Detroit, Motown!”

However, their answer wasn’t on the board, handing the victory to the Groth family. The final, unrevealed answer?

Los Angeles.
