Julia Garner’s horror film Weapons debuted at number one at the North American box office this weekend, raking in $10.2 million. Jaws took a bite out of the second-place spot with $8.1 million, while Caught Stealing landed in third place with $7.8 million. Freakier Friday and The Roses rounded out the top five, earning $6.5 million and $6.4 million, respectively.
The rest of the top ten included Fantastic Four: First Steps ($4.8 million), The Bad Guys ($4.7 million), Superman ($2.6 million), Nobody 2 ($1.83 million), and The Naked Gun ($1.8 million).
