Game Show Excitement Leads to a Hilarious “Family Feud” Moment
“Family Feud” host Steve Harvey is known for his comedic timing, but sometimes the contestants bring the laughs themselves. During a recent episode, the Everett family’s excitement over winning a round led to a truly memorable moment.
After successfully guessing all four top answers to the question “Name the sport with the most overpaid players,” team captain Bridget celebrated with unrestrained enthusiasm. Her joyful high-fives and hugs quickly escalated as she exclaimed, “I’m so sorry.
It shouldn’t be this way, but it is. I’m gonna wet my pants.
I need a diaper!”
Her plea, delivered directly to a laughing Harvey, prompted the show to take an unscheduled break. Harvey, visibly amused, stumbled across the stage as Bridget scrambled around the podium.
The winning round itself was a nail-biter. After a strong start with “Basketball” and “Football,” the Everett family faltered, missing with “Hockey” and “Golf.”
Harvey expressed his disbelief, convinced at least one of those sports should have been on the board. The pressure mounted as Brian stepped up with only one answer remaining to force sudden death.
He delivered, much to his team’s – and especially Bridget’s – delight, by correctly answering “Soccer.”
