Krispy Kreme Shakes Up Menu, Adds New Everyday and Seasonal Treats
Get ready, donut lovers! Krispy Kreme is making some significant changes to its everyday menu, expanding its offerings and introducing both new permanent and rotating seasonal flavors. While the beloved classic glazed donut remains a staple, fans will find a wider selection to choose from, with the daily menu increasing from 10 to 16 items.
This expansion comes with the addition of nine new donuts, but not without saying goodbye to a few familiar faces. Three flavors are being retired, though Krispy Kreme hints at a possible future return.
Saying Goodbye: Donuts Leaving the Menu
The following three donuts will no longer be available on the everyday menu:
- Blueberry Cake
- Lemon Filled
- Cake Batter
While these might be missed by some, Krispy Kreme’s press release offers a glimmer of hope, stating, “Fret not, these doughnuts could return in the future.”
Fresh Faces: New Permanent Menu Additions
Five new flavors are joining the everyday lineup, promising exciting new choices for Krispy Kreme regulars:
- New York Cheesecake: A donut filled with cheesecake-flavored Kreme, vanilla icing, and a graham crunch topping.
- Oreo Cookies and Cream: Featuring Oreo Kreme filling, chocolate icing, Oreo pieces, and a vanilla icing drizzle.
- Original Glazed Cake: A classic cake donut coated in Krispy Kreme’s signature glaze.
- Cinnamon Apple Filled: A donut with a sweet apple cinnamon filling, dusted in powdered cinnamon.
- Original Glazed Kreme Filled: An original glazed donut generously filled with Kreme.
A Taste of the Seasons: New Rotating Offerings
In addition to the permanent additions, Krispy Kreme is introducing four new seasonal donuts that will rotate five times throughout the year. The current seasonal selections include:
