Burger King’s “Whopper-ful” Holiday Calendar Returns, Packed with Quirky Surprises
Get ready, Burger King enthusiasts, because the fast-food giant is bringing back its highly sought-after Advent calendar, and it’s promising an even bigger dose of holiday cheer for those who truly “take their Whoppers a little too seriously.” After last year’s calendar vanished in a blink, Burger King announced on November 3rd an “amped-up” limited edition, declaring it “the most Whopper-ful time of the year!”
Joel Yashinsky, Chief Marketing Officer for Burger King US&C, expressed the company’s excitement. “The holidays are all about creating moments of joy, and our BK Advent Calendar is designed to do just that in a very BK way,” he stated. “After the incredible response to our first ever Advent Calendar last year which sold out in less than five minutes, we knew we had to bring it back again this year with 12 new and exciting gifts designed to bring friends and families together.”
What’s Hiding Behind Those Doors?
This year’s 12-day calendar, designed to evoke a classic brown paper package, is brimming with an eclectic mix of Burger King-themed treasures. Inside, fans will uncover a JD the Dog plushie, an inflatable chair (yes, you read that right!), Cini Minis-scented candles, a Stout King chia sprouter, a retro magnet, festive ornaments, cookie cutters and tin, a Coca-Cola keychain, a fanny pack, a puzzle cube, and even a mini Burger King board game.
Valued at over $100, this treasure trove of BK memorabilia will be available for just $19.54, a clever nod to the year Burger King first opened its doors.
Mark Your Calendars (and Set Your Alarms!)
The Burger King Advent calendar officially drops on November 21st. For those eager to get a jump on the competition, fans can text “START” to 251-251 for early access.
However, be warned: it’s a first-come, first-served scenario. Given that last year’s batch disappeared in under five minutes, you’ll need quick reflexes and a dash of luck to snag one of these limited-edition calendars.
