Helen Mirren to Receive Prestigious Cecil B. DeMille Award at 2026 Golden Globes

Hollywood icon Helen Mirren is set to be honored with the esteemed Cecil B. DeMille Award at the 2026 Golden Globe Awards. The announcement places her in the distinguished company of past recipients, including legendary figures such as Audrey Hepburn, Elizabeth Taylor, and Oprah Winfrey.

Mirren, 80, will accept the accolade during a special Golden Eve primetime broadcast, scheduled to air on January 8 at 8 p.m. EST on CBS.

The event will also be available for streaming on Paramount+. This prestigious award recognizes individuals for their outstanding contributions and significant impact on the world of entertainment.

Helen Hoehne, President of the Golden Globes, lauded Mirren’s career in a recent press release. “Helen Mirren is a force of nature and her career is nothing short of extraordinary,” Hoehne stated.
