William H. Macy Brings Daughter Georgia as Date to ‘The Running Man’ Premiere, Praises Family

New York, NY – Esteemed actor William H. Macy, a prominent figure in the highly anticipated action film The Running Man, turned the movie’s November 9 premiere into a heartwarming family affair, stepping onto the red carpet with his youngest daughter, Georgia, as his date.

The father-daughter duo showcased coordinated elegance, both opting for chic black ensembles. Macy sported a refined black suit with a matching vest and a crisp white button-up shirt.

Twenty-three-year-old Georgia captivated onlookers in a sleek black dress featuring a low back and a sequined panel at the waist, complemented by a pearl necklace. Their striking resemblance, marked by their blond hair and bright eyes, was undeniable as they posed for photographers.

During the event, Macy openly discussed his pride in his two daughters, Georgia and her older sister Sophia. Speaking to People magazine, he stated, “So I have two daughters, Sophia and Georgia, and I’m so proud of these women.

They’re such fine women. I don’t know how that happened, I credit Felicity [Huffman], their mom.”

The Shameless star continued to commend Georgia, describing her as “extraordinary” and revealing her academic pursuits. “She’s pre-law. She’s been taking the LSATs and killing it,” he shared.

Macy’s admiration extended to his wife, Felicity Huffman. Reflecting on their relationship, he told People, “I’m crazy for her.

She’s the best thing that’s ever happened to me, and she’s so alive, so evolving, she’s always striving. She keeps me on my toes.”

Huffman and Macy married in 1997, welcoming Sophia in 2000 and Georgia in 2002.

The Running Man, which also features a star-studded cast including Glen Powell, Emilia Jones, Josh Brolin, Lee Pace, and Colman Domingo, is set to open in theaters on November 14.
