Bongiovi Family Welcomes Another Bundle of Joy, Making Jon Bon Jovi a Grandfather Twice Over
The Bongiovi family is growing, with rock legend Jon Bon Jovi now a grandfather to two new additions! Just months after his son Jake and daughter-in-law Millie Bobby Brown welcomed a baby girl through adoption, another grandchild has arrived.
Jesse Bongiovi and his wife Jesse Light announced the happy news on November 10th via a joint social media post. Their adorable photo showcased the newborn, Blair Lucy Bongiovi, wearing a striped hat and grasping Jesse’s finger.
The caption read, “Our sweet girl has arrived, and we couldn’t be happier. Welcome to the world, baby Blair bear.”
The announcement was met with an outpouring of congratulations from fans, with comments like, “Omg literally BB, I’m in love,” and “Congrats!!! A new little princess in the family.”
This joyous arrival follows the news from August when Jake Bongiovi and “Stranger Things” actress Millie Bobby Brown shared that they had adopted a child. Their Instagram announcement stated, “This summer, we welcomed our sweet baby girl through adoption. We are beyond excited to embark on this beautiful next chapter of parenthood in both peace and privacy.”
Jon Bon Jovi, 63, had previously spoken about the surprise adoption on the “Dumb Blonde” podcast in September, describing the situation as “crazy but great.” He enthusiastically noted, “Immediately that becomes your grandchild, you know what I mean?
Your baby. It’s beautiful.”
The “Livin’ on a Prayer” hitmaker also joked about becoming “the pain in the butt guy” who “wants to see pictures, like, every other day.”
