Concerns about Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s well-being arose after footage showed him exhibiting noticeable tremors during a recent congressional hearing.
The video, captured as Kennedy testified before the House Ways and Means Committee, shows him seated with his hands visibly shaking while holding documents. Later, as he removed his glasses, both his fingers and head appeared to quiver.
The hearing focused on the Biden administration’s proposed budget for the Department of Health and Human Services, which includes a 12 percent cut from current funding levels.
