Princess Kate and Prince William Celebrate 15 Years of Marriage as Princess Charlotte Turns 11

Princess Charlotte, the beloved middle child and only daughter of Prince William and Kate, the Princess of Wales, is marking her 11th birthday this Saturday.

Born on May 2, 2015, at London’s St. Mary’s Hospital-the same place where her older brother Prince George and younger brother Prince Louis were welcomed into the world-Charlotte holds the position of third in line to the British throne, following her father and eldest brother George.

Continuing the family tradition, Charlotte attends Lambrook School, a preparatory school near their Windsor residence, where her brothers also study.

The young princess is expected to celebrate her birthday privately with her family. The Wales family’s most recent public appearance was on Easter Sunday, when they attended a service at St. George’s Chapel alongside other members of the royal family.

Charlotte’s birthday comes just days after William and Kate celebrated their 15th wedding anniversary on April 29. To commemorate the milestone, Kensington Palace shared a new family portrait featuring the couple, their three children, and their two dogs.

Her special day is also close to her brother Louis’s birthday, who recently turned 8 on April 23. Meanwhile, George is set to turn 13 this July.

Last year, the royal couple marked Charlotte’s birthday by sharing a charming photo of her smiling outdoors, dressed casually in a camouflage jacket and backpack, with mountains providing a scenic backdrop.
