A grand jury has indicted Thamrong Hill, a Las Vegas resident, in relation to the role he played in the death of influencer Anunya Sood at the Wynn Las Vegas. The jury indicted Hill on second-degree murder. He is to appear in court on June 18, 2026.

He is accused of selling fentanyl to the influencer, falsely claiming it was cocaine, leading to the premature death of the prominent social media figure.
Sood arrived in Las Vegas with his fiancée and a friend, and was going to attend the Las Vegas Concours d’Elegance, a luxury car show held at the Wynn between October 30 and November 2, 2025, but he overdosed on the drugs sold by Hill.
