LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating a 79-year-old man who hasn’t been heard from since Sunday, May 31.
Raymond Smith, who lives in the Lake Mead community of Meadview, is known to go hiking and is likely in his gray 2025 Honda Ridgeline, Arizona license plate #H9A81Y, according to information provided by the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office.
Smith is 5-feet-6-inches tall, about 160 pounds, with white/gray short hair and hazel eyes. A clothing description is not available.
Meadview is near where the Colorado River flows into Lake Mead. The town is on the Arizona side of the Colorado River, about 115 miles from Las Vegas via U.S. 93 and Pearce Ferry Road (also spelled Pierce Ferry Road).
