LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — A woman was arrested Tuesday for allegedly abusing a duck on the Las Vegas Strip, according to an arrest report.
Destiny Reyes, 29, was booked on suspicion of willful or malicious torture of an animal, arrest records show.
