Police: Suspect in tire shop shooting was employee at business, barred from owning a gun

LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — The suspect arrested in a deadly shooting at a local tire shop earlier this month was an employee at the business and was not allowed to own a gun, according to police.

A report from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department reveals Christopher Guerra was in a fistfight with Stanford Hall at a 7-Eleven near Flamingo and Boulder Highway on June 2.
