Man charged in execution-style murders of attorney, ex-employee in Southern California

A man believed to be the mastermind behind the execution-style killings of an attorney outside his Los Angeles County home in 2009 and an ex-employee who filed a class action lawsuit against him in 2011 has been charged with the murders, Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman said Monday.

Richard Wall Sr. is also a suspect in a third murder in Las Vegas, the DA said.

In 2007, attorney Jeffrey Tidus, 53, won a $1.7 million settlement against a close friend of Wall, who allegedly wanted Tidus killed and hired an unnamed co-conspirator to do the actual killing, according to the complaint…
