A rezoning request filed with Clark County would convert nearly 30 acres near Boulder Highway into a 279-lot single-family neighborhood, replacing commercial-resort entitlements that have sat on the land for years.
Nevada Palace, LLC is asking Clark County to reclassify 29.46 acres straddling Sunrise Manor and Whitney from Commercial Resort zoning to single-family residential, according to the Clark County Planning Commission agenda. The proposal packages five related applications: a plan amendment, zone change, right-of-way vacation, Planned Unit Development, and tentative map.
