LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Casino Center Boulevard will be closed on the south side of Charleston Boulevard for three weeks starting Monday, July 13, as crews work on storm drains, according to a Wednesday announcement.
Work to install large box culverts below ground will happen 24 hours a day for the first week of the project, then shift to 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. after July 19.
Charleston Boulevard will be reduced to one lane in each direction during the project. Drivers should expect delays.
Oakey Boulevard and Bonneville Avenue are recommended alternate routes for east/west travel and Main Street and Las Vegas Boulevard for north/south travel. Access for residents and businesses will be maintained during construction…
