LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Body camera footage newly released and obtained by the Associated Press shows Nevada Gov. Joe Lombardo was pulled over by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department on May 15.
A Metro sergeant said the stop happened after Lombardo allegedly committed a red-light violation near Mandalay Bay.
In the video, a Metro sergeant approaches Lombardo’s vehicle and explains the reason for the stop: “The reason I’m stopping you is for the red light violation back there — your right turn onto Giles here.”…
