LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — Demolition work has begun to turn the old Nevada state offices in Downtown Las Vegas into hundreds of new homes.
Gov. Joe Lombardo’s office says the work will replace the former Grant Sawyer State Office Building, located at the corner of Washington Avenue and Las Vegas Boulevard, into more than 1,000 residential units.
