LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — A night of celebration on the Las Vegas Strip ended in a violent attack that left Omar Alrabadi with a traumatic brain injury that he says still affects him every day, five years after he was beaten and stomped unconscious at the LINQ Promenade.
Alrabadi, who was 28 at the time, was attacked in the early morning hours of July 31, 2021. His attorneys now say security failures at the LINQ-area venue contributed to what happened and argue Caesars Entertainment and the Chayo Mexican Kitchen and Tequila Bar are responsible.
