The child is Leonardo Paco De La Rosa, described as a 1-year-old white male. His clothing was unknown.
He may be in a black 2009 Toyota Scion with California license plate 6UVS848.
Leonardo may be with his mother, Rehanna Star De La Rosa, described as a white female who is 5-foot-1 and 119 pounds. Her clothing was also unknown…
