LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — The masked man who allegedly terrorized Philadelphia and is being held in the Clark County Detention Center waiting to be extradited made his first appearance in a Las Vegas court room Thursday.
U.S. Marshals arrested Zymire Hughes, 22, on Tuesday at an apartment complex near Boulder Highway and Russell Road after a more than 2,500-mile manhunt that crossed multiple states.

On Thursday, Aug. 27, a Las Vegas judge told Hughes in court that the State of Pennsylvania had 30 days to come get him from Clark County.
If they don’t retrieve him in that time period, he is free to go…
