LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — The estate of a longtime Las Vegas Athletic Club employee who was killed in a mass shooting more than a year ago has filed a wrongful-death lawsuit alleging the property owner failed to provide adequate security.
Jennifer Ortiz filed the complaint Tuesday in Clark County District Court, individually and as the special administrator of Edgar Quinonez’s estate.
