LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Local leaders and developers celebrated the opening of a new affordable housing community in the southwest valley Monday as efforts continue to expand affordable housing options in Southern Nevada.
The Heirloom at Torrey Pines is located near Torrey Pines Drive and Warm Springs Road. The complex includes 190 units for low- and fixed-income seniors.
