Henderson Redevelopment Agency greenlights new affordable apartment complex

LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Young people aging out of the foster care system could soon have an affordable place to live in Henderson. Tuesday night the Henderson Redevelopment Agency approved a plan to build an apartment complex that will specifically offer low-cost housing to those who need it most, including young adults emerging from foster care.
