Rod Stewart Cancels More Shows in California and Nevada Due to Ongoing Health Battle

Rod Stewart is currently on tour, but it looks like the “I Don’t Want To Talk About It” hitmaker is going to have to sit out a few stops. The 79-year-old rock star just announced that he has postponed two concerts in California and Nevada due to health complications.

Stewart made the announcement on his Instagram account last Friday. If you happen to have tickets to those shows, we recommend hanging onto your tickets so they will be honored on the postponed dates.

Last week, Stewart also had to cancel his celebratory 200th residency show in Las Vegas.

It’s very likely that Rod Stewart will make a full recovery and his current tour will continue without a hitch. Though, Stewart has dealt with quite a few health issues this year. In addition to his current ailment, Stewart also dealt with strep throat and had to cancel his 200th residency set at The Colosseum at Caesar’s Palace. That particular show would have taken place on August 7. The rock singer has been performing at The Colosseum since 2011.
