San Diego-based general contractor T.B. Penick & Sons topped off Las Vegas’ first all-for-rent apartment tower this month, developer Southern Land Co. announced last week. Upon completion, the 22-story Capella in the city’s Symphony Park neighborhood will encompass 272 residences, including one- and two-bedroom homes and penthouses. Offering expansive views of the Strip, downtown and the surrounding mountains, units will feature movable kitchen islands, premium finishes and smart home technology.
