Las Vegas restaurant broken into by Chinatown burglary suspect, owners say

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) – From Chinatown to Centennial Hills, a string of burglaries has plagued the valley for months. A northwest valley restaurant, Market Grille is the latest to be hit.

For Christine and Joe Piero, Market Grille is more than a restaurant they own. It’s the business they helped Joe’s parents open as teenagers, and it’s what kept the high school sweethearts from separating when it was time for college. It’s a second home for the family.

“You’ll see my husband’s grandma here, my mom here every single day you’ll see our faces,” Christine Piero said.

Stories like the Piero’s are shared by business owners across town. Now, something new is shared, being broken into by a suspect who’s evaded law enforcement for months.

“We were informed it was the same one. As soon as that we showed him the image of the individual,” Christine Piero said.
