LAS VEGAS (KSNV) – Residents in an east Las Vegas valley neighborhood want elected leaders and Las Vegas police to address an issue of dangerous drivers at an intersection. Several videos shared with News 3 show several cars performing “donuts” where a car spins in circles, at the Lamb Blvd and Hacienda Ave intersection.
