Former Las Vegas city councilwoman Michele Fiore has filed an appeal against her recent suspension from the position of Pahrump’s Justice of the Peace after she was handed a conviction for seven counts of federal wire fraud. According to a report by FOX5 Vegas, Fiore was found guilty in October for her role in orchestrating a fraudulent scheme that falsely promised to raise funds for a memorial dedicated to fallen officers in Las Vegas.
