LAS VEGAS (KSNV) – After more than four decades, authorities have identified a man found dead in a Northern California creek bed in 1980 as a man from Las Vegas. According to the Solano County Sheriff’s Office, the man found dead in a creek bed near Lopes Road in Benicia, California, on February 2, 1980, was recently identified as 25-year-old Donald Gene Horecka.
