Travelers on Interstate 11 experienced significant delays after a collision early yesterday morning obstructed all northbound lanes between Nellis Boulevard and Russell Road. According to the Regional Transportation Commission (RTC), the disruption was caused by an incident involving a semi-truck and a motorcycle.
