LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — A grand jury will determine if there’s enough probable cause to bring forth charges against a Las Vegas police officer who shot and killed a homeowner last year.
Officials confirmed on Thursday that the Office of the Clark County District Attorney plans to provide Officer Alexander Bookman with a Marcum notice, that notifies him of the office’s intent to initiate grand jury proceedings against him.
