Motorcyclist and Pedestrian Severely Injured in Collision at Las Vegas Intersection

A serious collision in the Las Vegas valley involving a pedestrian and a motorcycle rider left both individuals with significant injuries on Friday night, per local authorities. News3LV reports, the crash occurred around 10 p.m. at the intersection of Boulder Highway and Dalhart Street, close to East Sahara Ave.

Las Vegas Metro Police Department (LVMPD) shared that a 64-year-old man was struck by a 2022 Harley-Davidson Street Glide as he attempted to cross Boulder Highway outside of a marked crosswalk. The pedestrian was projected onto the roadway following the impact. The motorcycle in turn, overturned, ejecting the 27-year-old rider, according to the same News3LV report.

Both parties were rushed to Sunrise Hospital for medical attention. The pedestrian’s condition was deemed life-threatening, while the motorcyclist sustained serious injuries, details 8NewsNow.
