LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A man is in custody on accusations he murdered another man in Las Vegas 23 years ago, the 8 News Now Investigators have learned.
Martin Gutierrez, 62, faces a charge of first-degree murder for the 2002 death of John Hernandez, 33. Hernandez was shot and killed on Jan. 19, 2002, near downtown, documents said.
