LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — An eight-story hotel has been proposed for the industrial section near Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.
The Clark County Zoning Commission next week will take up a proposal for the hotel project on the southwest corner of Quail Avenue and Valley View Boulevard, about five blocks southwest of the stadium.
According to site plans, the hotel would feature about 220 suites and include a ballroom/banquet hall, spa and nail salon, sushi bar, outdoor swimming pool, outdoor event area for live entertainment and more…
