Mistrial declared after jurors fail to reach verdict in I-15 crash that killed pregnant woman

LAS VEGAS ( KLAS ) — A mistrial was declared Friday after jurors failed to reach a verdict in a case involving a deadly crash that killed a pregnant 21-year-old early last year.

Christopher Lee Walker is facing DUI charges in a January 2024 crash that left Suzanne Chapel dead and her boyfriend, Isaiah Armstrong, seriously injured.

Around 4 p.m., the announcement was made that the jury was deadlocked, with 11 jurors voting guilty and one voting not guilty…
