LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A proposed $50 million shopping and entertainment district may be coming to Henderson.
“The Cliff” is expected to take the place of a pair of office buildings on St Rose Parkway near the 215.
“This building actually came up for sale, and we ended up buying the project because we actually thought that the City of Henderson needed more Class A retail,” developer Chris Clifford said.
