LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — A $1.4 billion tax incentive package intended to lure film and television productions to Southern Nevada has died.
AB 238 did not receive a vote in the Senate before the legislative session concluded Monday. The measure cannot be reconsidered until 2027, unless Gov. Joe Lombardo calls a special session.
